• Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with any original packaging or tags intact.

• Custom or commissioned pieces are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

• Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Paintings will be sent via Parcel Force/UPS within 3-5 working days.
